TIPS FOR HIGH BP

1. Weight reduction.

2. Adopt Diet : rich in fruits, vegetables & low fat dairy products. Helps to control body weight.

3. Avoid High Calorie food : like sweets. reduces the risk of cardiovascular complications.

4. Limit the Salt intake.

5. Brisk walking at least 30 minutes per day.

(a) Try to start slowly

(b) Walk in group with partner

(c) Wear comfortable shoes

6. Avoid Alcohol consumption & Smoking

7. Perform Yoga exercises

(a) Always perform the yoga exercise under the supervision of the instructor.

(b) Yoga helps to reduce the stress levels.
